2021 Summer Workouts

2021 Summer Workouts

Our 2021 Summer Workouts will be divided into two sessions.  

Session One:  Monday June 21st - Thursday July 22nd.

Session Two:  Tuesday July 27th -  Friday August 27th.

7th - 8th grade athletes:  Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9:00 - 10:45 am

5th - 6th grade athletes:  Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00 - 10:30 am

Workout Curriculum:

7th - 8th grade athletes:  60 - 75 min. on the floor basketball workout with emphasis on ball handling, eye-hand/eye-foot coordination, offensive footwork, finishing skills at the rim, one v one concepts, shooting, and small sided competitions.  30 - 45 min of physical development work focused on core strength development, ankle stability/mobility, foot quickness, explosive movement patterns, and balance training.

5th - 6th grade athletes:  90 min. of skill development.  We will use the sports of basketball, soccer, and others to develop eye-hand & eye-foot coordination.  Our basketball focus will be on ball handling, finishing at the rim, shooting form/mechanics, footwork and one v one, two v one, and three v two offensive & defensive concepts.  Our soccer skill development will focus on footwork, dribbling, passing and quick decision making with the ball at your feet.
Basketball skill development is the main focus, yet we will use soccer as an added training tool for the footwork and coordination it naturally provides and how it 
compliments the needed basketball skills.  Previous soccer experience is not required.


$25 per drop in session

Session One:  7th - 8th grade:  $300
                        5th - 6th grade:  $210

Session Two:  7th - 8th grade:  $300
                         5th - 6th grade:  $210
